Timothy McAdam has served as chairman of our Board since April 2015 and has served as a member of our Board since July 2012. Mr. McAdam is a General Partner of Technology Crossover Ventures and has been in the venture capital industry since 1991. He currently serves on the board of directors of Aviatrix, Oversight, Vectra, and Perceptyx and observes on the OneTrust board. Mr. McAdam holds a B.A. in Classics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
