Michelle Cipolla-Feinstein joined Alarm.com in 2016 and has served as our Vice President of HR since February 2023. She brings 20 years of experience leading HR initiatives and strategic business operations at high-growth technology companies such as CARFAX, BAE Systems, and OpenTable.com. Mrs. Cipolla-Feinstein holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from The Orfalea College of Business, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, an MBA from the University of La Verne, and an HR Organizational Design Certification from the University of California, Berkeley.
